Travel from the cool mountains of Da Lat to the tropical coastline of Nha Trang on the back of a motorcycle with an experienced local Easy Rider.
Instead of spending the day inside a bus or private car, this journey takes you through mountain roads, coffee-growing areas, local villages and changing landscapes as you travel from the Central Highlands toward the coast.
The journey is not simply about getting from Da Lat to Nha Trang. The road itself is the experience.

Detailed Itinerary
08:00 AM – Hotel Pickup in Da Lat
Your Easy Rider will meet you at your hotel or another convenient pickup point in Da Lat.
After a short introduction and safety briefing, we start our journey toward Nha Trang.
Your luggage can travel with you, while smaller personal items can be kept safely during the ride.

  • Stop 1 – Linh Phuoc Pagoda

Our first stop is Linh Phuoc Pagoda, one of Da Lat's most distinctive Buddhist temples.
Take some time to explore the architecture, take photos and learn more about the local culture before continuing toward the countryside.

  • Stop 2 – Da Lat Countryside & Coffee Plantation

Leaving the city behind, the landscape quickly changes from urban Da Lat to farms, pine forests and mountain countryside.
We stop at a local coffee-growing area where you can learn more about how coffee is cultivated and processed in the Central Highlands.
Depending on the season, you may also see vegetable farms, flowers or other agricultural activities.

  • Stop 3 – Mountain Roads & Scenic Viewpoints

The ride continues through winding mountain roads with views over valleys, forests and rural communities.
This is one of the biggest advantages of travelling by Easy Rider: you can stop along the way when there is a beautiful viewpoint, interesting local activity or photo opportunity.

  • Stop 4 – Local Village & Rural Life

We continue toward the lower Central Highlands and stop in a local village.
Your Easy Rider will introduce you to the local way of life and explain the agriculture, culture and communities living in this region.
The exact village and stops may vary depending on weather, road conditions and local activities.

  • Lunch – Local Vietnamese Food

Enjoy lunch at a local restaurant along the route.
This is a good opportunity to try simple Vietnamese food away from the main tourist areas.
Lunch is not included unless specifically stated in your booking.

  • Afternoon – From the Highlands to the Coast

After lunch, the landscape begins to change dramatically.
The cool mountain environment gradually gives way to warmer weather, lower elevations and eventually the coastal region around Nha Trang.
The road becomes part of the experience as you descend from the Central Highlands toward the sea.
4:00–5:30 PM – Arrival in Nha Trang
Arrive in Nha Trang in the late afternoon.
Depending on your final destination, we can arrange drop-off at your hotel or an agreed location in Nha Trang.
Estimated riding time: around 7–9 hours including stops.
The exact arrival time depends on weather, road conditions, traffic and the number of stops during the journey.

Easy Rider or Self-Riding?

  • With the Easy Rider option, you sit on the back of the motorcycle and your experienced local rider handles the driving.
  • This is the recommended option for travelers who want to enjoy the scenery, take photos and experience the route without worrying about navigation or driving on unfamiliar Vietnamese roads.

Self-Riding

  • Self-riding can be more affordable depending on your group size and the type of motorcycle you choose.
  • However, travelers who choose to ride themselves must have a valid motorcycle driving licence and the legally required documents for riding in Vietnam.
  • For international travelers, licence and legal requirements can vary depending on nationality and the applicable Vietnamese regulations. Please check your eligibility before choosing the self-riding option.
  • Important: A tour guide card is not the same thing as a motorcycle driving licence. For self-riding, the relevant requirement is a valid motorcycle licence and the required legal documents.

Who Is This Tour For?
This tour is ideal for travelers who:

  • Want to experience Vietnam by motorcycle
  • Prefer local experiences over standard bus travel
  • Enjoy mountain scenery and road trips
  • Want to travel from Da Lat to Nha Trang in one day
  • Want an Easy Rider experience without committing to a multi-day tour

Are comfortable spending most of the day on a motorcycle

  • If you prefer a slower journey with more time for waterfalls, villages and local experiences, we recommend the 2-Day 1-Night option.

Weather & Safety

  • Weather conditions can change quickly in the Central Highlands.
  • Light rain normally does not prevent the tour from operating, but heavy rain, storms or unsafe road conditions may require the itinerary to be adjusted.
  • Your safety always comes first.
  • The Easy Rider may change the route or stops depending on weather and road conditions.

What to Bring

  • Comfortable long trousers
  • T-shirt or long-sleeve shirt
  • Sneakers or comfortable shoes
  • Sunglasses
  • Sunscreen
  • Small personal bag
  • Rain jacket
  • Camera or phone
  • We recommend avoiding flip-flops for a long motorcycle journey.
