Rather than simply taking participants from one attraction to another, the program encourages them to communicate, cooperate, solve problems, take responsibility and support one another throughout the journey.

DAY 1 – LANGBIANG TEAM CHALLENGE & CULTURAL CAMP

07:30 – Hotel Pick-up

  • Our team will pick up the group from the hotel, school or designated meeting point in Da Lat.
  • The guide team introduces the day's program and safety procedures before transferring to Lang Biang Mountain.

08:30 – Team Formation & Warm-up

  • Upon arrival, participants gather for a team briefing and warm-up session.
  • Participants are divided into smaller teams and receive their: Team identity, Map, Mission instructions, Mystery clues, Challenge rules
  • The objective is simple: Work together, complete the challenges and collect enough clues to solve the final mystery.

09:00 – MYSTERY TRAIL & TEAM CHALLENGES

  • The trekking adventure begins.
  • Instead of simply following a trail, teams must complete a series of checkpoints along the route.
  • Navigation Challenge
  • Teams work together to navigate through the designated trail using maps and clues.
  • Mystery & Secret Codes
  • Each checkpoint provides information that will help teams solve the final mystery.
  •  Problem-Solving Challenge
  • Teams must work together to complete a practical challenge within a limited amount of time.
  •  Communication Challenge
  • Participants must communicate effectively and divide responsibilities within their team.
  • Nature Challenge
  • Teams observe the surrounding forest and complete activities related to the local natural environment.
  • The challenges are designed so that different team members can contribute in different ways.

11:30 – LANGBIANG SUMMIT CHALLENGE

  • After completing the mystery trail, the teams continue trekking towards the higher section of Lang Biang Mountain.
  • The final section becomes a physical challenge as the group works together to reach the designated summit area.
  • Once everyone reaches the top, the teams complete a final group challenge and have time to:
  • Rest, Take photo, Enjoy the mountain views
  • Celebrate their achievement

TEAM SUMMIT MOMENT

  • Reaching the summit is not simply about who gets there first.
  • The goal is:,Make sure the whole team reaches the finish line together.

12:00 – PICNIC LUNCH

  • Enjoy a picnic lunch surrounded by the mountain landscape before continuing the adventure.
  • After lunch, the group begins descending towards the next activity area.

13:00 – 30M ABSEILING CHALLENGE

  • Take on the 30-meter dry-wall abseiling challenge.
  • This is one of the main adventure highlights of the program.
  • Before participants begin, our guides provide:Safety briefing, Harness fitting, Helmet and equipment check, Rope-system introductio, Abseiling technique instruction, Practical training
  • Participants then complete the 30-meter abseiling challenge under the supervision of the guide team.
  • The activity is subject to weather, site conditions and the safety assessment of the professional guide team.

15:30 – TREK TO THE CAMPSITE

  • After completing the abseiling activity, the group continues trekking towards the campsite.
  • The atmosphere changes from adventure challenge to outdoor living and teamwork.

16:30 – CAMP SET-UP CHALLENGE

  • Welcome to the next team challenge:
  • BUILD YOUR CAMP: Instead of having the guides do everything, participants work together to organize their campsite.
  • Teams are responsible for:, Setting up tents, Organizing their living area, Preparing the dining area, Managing equipment, Keeping the campsite clean, Sorting and collecting waste
  • Teams can be assessed on: Teamwork Organization, Communication, Safety, Environmental Awareness

18:30 – BBQ DINNER

  • After completing the camp setup challenge, everyone comes together for a BBQ dinner.
  • This is a relaxed opportunity for students and team members to socialize, reflect on the day's challenges and get to know one another outside their usual teams.

20:00 – K'HO CULTURAL EXPERIENCE

  •  K'Ho Cultural Night
  • The evening continues with a cultural experience inspired by the traditional culture of the Central Highlands.
  • Depending on the arrangement and availability, the program may include:Traditional gong performance,Campfire, Local cultural introductio, Cultural exchange, Group participation. Instead of simply watching a performance, participants are encouraged to take part in the cultural experience.

21:30 – CAMPFIRE & TEAM REFLECTION

  • The teams gather around the campfire for a short reflection session.
  • Participants discuss:What did we learn today?
  • The reflection can focus on: Communication, Leadership, Teamwork, Problem-solving, Responsibility, Respect for nature, Supporting other team members. This gives the day an educational component rather than ending with entertainment alone.

22:00 – Overnight Camping

DAY 2 – DATANLA CANYONING ADVENTURE

06:30 – Breakfast

  • Breakfast at the campsite.
  • After breakfast, participants prepare their belongings and begin packing up the campsite.

07:30 – LEAVE NO TRACE CHALLENGE

  • Before leaving, each team takes responsibility for its campsite.
  • The challenge is simple: Leave the campsite cleaner than you found it. Teams collect and sort waste, check their area and make sure no unnecessary items are left behind. This activity introduces the principles of environmental responsibility and Leave No Trace.

08:00 – TRANSFER TO DATANLA WATERFALL

  • The group travels by vehicle from the Lang Biang area to Datanla Waterfall.
  • Upon arrival, the adventure team prepares participants for the canyoning experience.

09:00 – CANYONING TRAINING

  • Before entering the canyon, participants receive safety and technical training.
  • The guide team introduces: Harness and helmet, Rope techniques, Canyon safety
  • Participants practice the required techniques before starting the main route.

CANYONING ADVENTURE

  • The group then enters the canyon and begins the adventure. Depending on the route and current safety conditions, activities may include:
  1. ​​​​​​​Abseiling Descend natural canyon sections using ropes under guide supervision.
  2. Water Sliding: Experience natural water slides along the canyon.
  3.  Water Challenges: Move through sections of the canyon while working together as a team.
  4. Tyrolean Traverse: Use rope systems to cross designated sections of the canyon.

Team Support

  • Participants encourage and assist one another throughout the route.
  • The objective is not simply to complete the canyon.
  • The team completes it together.

14:00 – LUNCH & RETURN TO DA LAT

  • After completing the canyoning adventure, participants return to the base area, change clothes and enjoy lunch.
  • The vehicle then transfers the group back to Da Lat.

15:30–16:00 – PROGRAM END

  • The two-day Langbiang Outdoor Team Building & Adventure Program concludes.

SAFETY

  • Safety is our first priority.
  • All adventure activities are conducted under the supervision of trained guides and are subject to weather, trail, water level and site conditions.
  • The guide team may modify the itinerary or replace an activity when conditions are considered unsafe.

For school and student groups, the program can also be adjusted to provide different activity levels and additional supervision according to the group's requirements.


Is this program suitable for international school students?

  • Yes. The program is designed around teamwork, communication, problem-solving, outdoor skills and cultural experiences. Activities can be adjusted according to the age and ability of the group.

Do all students have to do the abseiling?

  • Not necessarily. Participation in technical activities depends on the participant's suitability and the safety assessment of the guide team. Alternative activities can be arranged for participants who do not take part.

Is canyoning included?

  • Yes, in the standard two-day itinerary, Day 2 includes a Datanla canyoning experience.

Can the program be customized?

  • Yes. We can modify the itinerary, difficulty level, team-building activities, meals, transportation and cultural experiences according to the school's objectives and group size.

Can you organize this for large student groups?

  • Yes. The program can be adapted for school groups and educational organizations, with additional guides and support staff arranged according to group size and requirements.
